Philip Guise - Director

In 2000 Philip Guise joined forces with Wayne Thomas to establish the Thomas Guise partnership. Philip heads the firm's Probate, Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning Section - an area that is growing rapidly. He graduated in Law from Birmingham University and completed his Articles with a firm of solicitors in Kidderminster.

His long career in private practice began with Litigation; including a wide range of Criminal and Civil Litigation as well as Tribunal Work. Phil has been a long-standing trustee of the Primrose Hospice and more recently serving on the board of directors for North East Worcestershire College.

Phil is married to Erica and they have two grown-up children. The family has continued to live in and around the Redditch and Bromsgrove area and have established many personal and business contacts locally.

His support for Redditch Cricket, Hockey and Rugby Club spans a period of over 40 years. In later years golf became his main sport and he is an active member of the Redditch Golf Club - Bowls remains a sport for the future when perhaps the body ceases to function quite so well!
