Stuart Bailey - Director

Stuart is a Director of Thomas Guise and heads the Commercial Property and Residential Property Teams.

Stuart has been working as a solicitor in excess of 10 years.  He is involved in all aspects of Commercial property but specialises in commercial landlord and tenant work, supporting the corporate team with their business acquisitions and sales, bank lending work, planning and residential development.

When asked what aspect of work does Stuart enjoys the most Stuart responded, "my parents were unsuccessful with starting their own business in the 1980s. As a result I've always enjoyed working with businesses and get a real thrill and buzz when I see my clients being successful, especially where I have helped them start up."

He studied law at Leicester University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at Sheffield University.

Stuart is a member of the Worcestershire Ambassadors and has been appointed Chairman of the Worcester Business Improvement District (BID).

Stuart is a keen cricketer, playing for Himbleton Cricket Club and is the Honorary Fixture Secretary of the Worcester Gents CC. 

Stuart also follows Worcester Rugby Club and is endeavouring, without much luck, to reduce his golf handicap.
