Thomas Guise solicitors recently completed the acquisition of the Triangle Care Home, Solihull in record time.
At a time when transactions seem to take ever longer to reach a conclusion due to more stringent lending requirements, it is a refreshing change to report news of a deal that moved swiftly through to completion.
The acquisition was for a joint venture headed up by Select Lifestyles Limited, a leading Learning Disabilities provider in the West Midlands.
