Walsall rest home purchased by Select Lifestyles

Select Lifestyles Ltd has purchased the freehold interest of Glenyon Rest Home in Walsall. Thomas Guise acted on behalf of the purchaser.

Located in the Stonnall area of the town, the home has 13 rooms, 5 of which are en-suite. Glenyon will undergo an extensive internal alteration and refurbishment programme and will re-open as a specialist learning disability unit in March 2010.

Select Lifestyles was formed in 2007. It offers innovative day nursing and residential care to adults with learning disabilities and currently operates 5 services based in the Midlands.
