Free care at home

The Personal Care at Home Bill – a hot topic for many of our care home clients – has been widely reported on in the care press, but it’s interesting to see how the mainstream media welcomes the draft legislation.

We came across this comment piece in The Times (Tuesday 2 February). The Bill is rubbished as “wildly, grossly, unaffordably expensive”, and given salutary context by reference to the Scottish system.
