Suzannah, who has moved from Mayer Brown in London, will focus on commercial leasing and finance. An economics and social sciences graduate, Suzannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, and brings significant experience of working on major property deals to the firm. She will also work with some of the firm’s key care homes clients, which include leading players from across the UK.

Originally from Leominster, Suzannah was brought up in Herefordshire and relishes the opportunity to be back in the Midlands after her spell in London.

Suzannah says: “It’s great to be back in the area and I really enjoy the friendly working culture at Thomas Guise. The day to day deals I’m working on are very similar to those I was working on in London, although the way we work here is based very much on strong team working, and liaising very closely with the client to deliver the results they need.

“The work-life balance at Thomas Guise is really good too, with a focus on getting results rather than just doing long hours. Commercial property law can be very high pressure, but Thomas Guise likes to ensure that everyone benefits from the right mix of work and play.”

Being based in Worcester has brought other benefits to Suzannah: “With Thomas Guise offices in Studley and Birmingham, it’s easy to get around to visit our clients across the Midlands, and being based at the Worcester office allows me to spend more time with my family and friends.”

Director Stuart Bailey said: “We’re thrilled to have Suzannah on board, and look forward to helping her develop her career with us. She brings a good mix of legal and commercial skills to the property team, as well as being a bright and bubbly person to work with. We pride ourselves on bringing a highly professional but friendly approach, and Suzannah fits the bill perfectly.”
